Both Teams to Score Tip
Norwich vs Southampton
Our first pick this week is from the Premier League and two sides that scored 11 goals between them in the League Cup this week. Norwich scored six at home and Southampton five away. Norwich’s first home match in the league this season ended 2-2 while Southampton have scored in both Premier League matches so far.
Middlesbrough vs Sheff Wed
Both sides have endured poor starts to the season but both teams scoring is a feature. All four of Sheffield Wednesday’s matches so far have seen both teams to score while three of Middlesbrough’s four have, including two at home and a home League Cup match.
Notts County vs Rotherham
County scored twice at Anfield on Tuesday night and score five in two before being shut out in their last home match. In four of their last five home league games both teams have scored. Rotherham have scored five goals in their opening two away matches in League One and can take advantage of Notts County’s poor home defence here.
Shrewsbury vs Coventry
Shrewsbury won 2-0 in their last home match and scored twice on the road last weekend but this selection is all about Coventry. So far they have been involved in matches finishing 3-2, 3-2, 5-4 and 4-4. Only Carlisle have failed to score against them and they are sitting second bottom of the league with one point.
