Real Betis v Valencia Betting Tips and Predictions for La Liga Betting on Sunday | That's a Goal

Real Betis v Valencia Betting Tips and Predictions for La Liga Betting on Sunday: "This Sunday evening there is an intriguing La Liga clash which sees Miroslav Đukić’s inconsistent Valencia taking on Real Betis, at the Estadio Benito Villamarín, with kick off coming at 8pm (GMT)."

While this game may not be the showcase Spanish Primera Division match of the week, you can be guaranteed that both managers will be keen to pick up three points to really kick start their seasons. Interestingly both Real Betis to win and Valencia to win can be found at 7/4. The draw can be found at 12/5, although out of these options, I strongly feel Valencia to win offers the best value for money.

While Betis earnt a hard fought point away to Espanyol (0-0) before the international break, Valencia found themselves 3-0 down at home to Barcelona after 41mins. What followed was a first half injury time brace from Helder Postiga to make it 3-2 and it remained that way at full time. With Postiga scoring three goals in as many matches this season and with Betis only managing two goals between them, I need not look any further then Valencia’s new number 9 for my first tip. It is of course Helder Postiga to score first, which you can get a ‘gourmet’ kind of tasty 6/1!

After doing the dogs work for you guys and looking through fixture history and certain statistics of both of these two teams, one score keeps popping up. I can reveal that Real Betis have already lost by the scoreline of 2-1, twice this season. The last time Valencia won at Estadio Benito Villamarín was in 2009 by what score? Yeah, you guessed it, 2-1. In fact, of the last ten meetings between the two sides half of the games have finished by that score. With Valencia winning on three of those five occasions.

Having looked at the statistics and what I have covered in the last paragraph the next tip I would recommend is a correct score of 2-1. The next obvious question is which team to go for? Both have had average starts to the season with Betis not managing to win any of their three games and Valencia only managing one win by a margin of 1-0 against Malaga. Whilst Betis hold the home advantage they haven’t looked like scoring two goals with one game and I believe that playing at home will work against their favour, due to the fans expectation of this game. This for me swings the pendulum in Valencia’s favour and I can see them stealing a 2-1 win, which can be found at a generous 10/1.

Real Betis v Valencia Betting Tips

Helder Postiga to score first @ 6/1

Valencia to win 2-1 @ 10/1

Hoffenheim vs Gladbach betting tips 15 September Germany Bundesliga By Gustav

Hoffenheim vs Gladbach betting tips 15 September Germany Bundesliga: "Hoffenheim suffered a heavy 6:2 defeat in the previous Bundesliga match as they visited Stuttgart, side that was clearly out of form up to the point they faced up against Hoffenheim. Their defense was almost non existent receiving three goals already after thirty minutes of football, while the hosts scored all six goals within first 63 minutes of the match."

It was the first defeat in the season for Hoffenheim, team that barely stayed in the class previous season. Now, apart from previous defeat, they opened the season in a quite a good way as they started with a 2:2 draw against Nurnberg at home, but improved the picture of themselves with a 5:1 victory on the road against Hamburger, following a 3:3 draw at home against Freiburg. It’s obvious from their results that the team has no problems scoring, on contrary, but also that their defense as many gaps and has to improve a lot. With twelve goals scored, but also twelve goals conceded they are at the same time, best offensive team in Bundesliga, but also worst defense too. Going into this game, they will try to get back to the winning ways and keep the team away from the relegation trouble, while they surely have individual quality for that.

Their defense have been under critique from media and therefore the team is close to put goalkeeper Wiese back between the posts. As for this match, they will be without central midfielder Sejad Salihovic (3/1) who is suspended, while offensive midfielder Roberto Firmino (4/3 goals, 3 assists) is injured.Moenchengladbach is coming from a 4:1 victory at home over Werder Bremen two weeks ago, as the team continued showing two faces, great and offensive at home and kind a poor one on the road. In first four rounds they have two victories and two defeats, while their target should be getting the European ticket, Champions League ticket if possible at the end of the season.

For now, they are far away from it, but still with enough time to recover and climb up at the table from the seventh position they are at right now. As said they are coming from a 4:1 victory over Werder, as they dominated during whole ninety minutes and weren’t put in danger a lot by their visitors. Goals from Arango, Raffael, Kruse and Herrmann were enough for the easy victory, as the team will look to get the first positive result away from home as they have two losses for now. Coach Lucien Favre should have no injury worries for this game as the only absentee is young, talented, seventeen years old defensive midfielder Mahmoud Dahoud who isn’t integral part of the team anyway.

There have been over 2.5 goals scored in Hoffenheim’s last twelve games in the Bundesliga.
There have been over 2.5 goals scored in Borussia M.Gladbach’s last six games in the Bundesliga.
Both teams have great attacking line which work just right till now, while their defenses were nowhere near reliable ones till now. Hoffenheim will try to play as aggressive as possible searching for new victory, while Gladbach has to step up too as in case they defend a lot, they won’t escape with several goals conceded. Both teams to score and betting on many goals is surely the most logical choice in this one.

Bet: Over goals 2.75

Oostende vs Standard betting tips 15 Sep 2013 Belgium Pro League By Isaiah

Oostende vs Standard betting tips 15 Sep 2013 Belgium Pro League: "Oostende is a newly promoted side in Jupiler League and having a look at their results in first six rounds, there is no doubt that they will have a very tough job staying in the league. Out of six matches they have only two points, both earned at home, with only three goals scored till now."

Obviously offensive part of the team surely is a problematic one, while their defense didn’t do briliant job either with ten conceded goals. Their last match saw them going down 1:0 to Lokeren in a game where they defended for the most of the game having ball possession much less in their feet, just like in most of previous matches. Only points came in home matches against Zulte Waregem and Leuven while the team looked quite modest till now and will surely struggle a lot all season long against most of their opponents. Team had no money for bigger transfer moves this Summer and it’s hard to expect them getting safe place before the last rounds in the season. Home side will be without experienced left back Jimmy Hempte (4/0) who got injured in previous game.Standard made a perfect start into new season, not only because of their 6-0-0 record in Jupiler League, but also due to their easy qualification in the group stage of Europa League as the team couldn’t wish for better start. With twelve consecutive victories in all competitions and all earned this season, the team will try to continue dominating in the league while visiting one of the weaker sides, Oostende.

Still without a single goal received in league, they look quite unstoppable at the moment while their morale is sky high at the moment. Israeli coach Guy Lazon is making great progress with the team, while their target at the start of the season was reaching top six, entering to European Cups, but now after such a great start everyone started thinking of title race and Champions League next season. Their primary goal is getting an easy victory before the start of Europa Leaugue next Thursday while the team doesn’t have serious absentees for this game with only Japanese winger Yuyi Ono being already long term injured.

Standard Liege have kept a clean sheet in their last 7 matches in Jupiler League.
Standard Liege have won their last 7 matches in Jupiler League.
There have been under 2.5 goals scored in Standard Liege’s last 4 away games in Jupiler League.
There is absolutely no doubt that the visitors are way stronger side and that Oostende has very small chances to score this time. Quality difference is on Standard’s side and everything except their victory, without goal conceded would be surprise. Under 2.5 goals is more than overpriced under such circumstances.

Bet: Under 2.5 goals

Fiorentina vs Cagliari betting tips 15 September Italy Serie A By DamirJ

Fiorentina vs Cagliari betting tips 15 September Italy Serie A: "Fiorentina is sharing the first position together with four other teams after they made an impressive 5:2 victory on the road against Genoa in the second round of Italian Serie A. First round saw them winning over Catania 2:1 at home as the visitors showed to be a bit more competitive than it was expected."

However, they improved the performance a lot next weekend when they visited Genoa going really strong into the game. They were 2:0 up already after fourteen minutes, adding one more till the end of the first halftime. Second halftime was more open from both sides, as each of them scored two goals while Viola made earned three points with two goals from Rossi and Gomez, while Aquilani scored one. The team have shown great productivity in first two rounds, but have spoiled their image with a home defeat against Grasshoppers in the returning leg for Europa League play-offs, however thanks to away goal rule the team progressed to the next stage. Viola seems to be in good form, but will have to take their opponents very seriously as they will miss central defender Ahmed Hegazy due injury for next six months, while attack should be will be led by Gomez and Rossi, duo that scored five goals in first two rounds. Left defender/midfielder Pasqual is doubtful for the game.Cagliari made a right step into new season with a 2:1 victory over Atalanta at home, but were unable to resist against much more superior AC Milan away from home two weeks ago when they were defeated with a 3:1 result. Without complicating too much, Milan took the lead with a goal from Robinho already after eight minutes, while Mexes brought them into 2:0 lead in 30th minute. Visitors from Cagliari replied three minutes later as Sau wrote 2:1, but Balotelli sealed the victory for Milan with their third goal in 62nd minute.

With a victory and a defeat, their season has started as expected, but could have been better as the team got already excluded from the Cup competition with a defeat against Frosinone in front of their own fans. They brought only couple of players this Summer and no doubt that their coach Diego Lopez won’t have easy job keeping his side away from the relegation trouble. Return of Davide Astori should improve their backline as he missed first two rounds, while the guests will be without right back Francesco Pisano who injured and still didn’t participate. Newly signed winger Agim Ibraimi from Maribor is not expected to make a debut today.

Fiorentina have won 10 of their last 11 home matches against Cagliari.
Fiorentina have been winning at both half time and full time in their last five matches in Serie A.
There have been over 2.5 goals scored in Fiorentina’s last three games in Serie A.
Similar to 4:1 victory for Viola last season, we should expect another home victory. Their attack works just fine and should have no problem overpowering poor travelers as Cagliari is. However, Cagliari found a way to score in first two matches and we should expect more of the same from them too, while Viola should surely score at least two or more goals.

Bet: Over 2.5 goals

Monaco vs Lorient betting tips 15 September 2013 French Ligue 1 By Sunshine

Monaco vs Lorient betting tips 15 September 2013 French Ligue 1: "Monaco made a strong start into the season excluding a goalless setback against Toulouse three weeks ago at home. Apart from that, they have victory over Montpellier 4:1 at home and more importantly, two victories on the road, against Bordeaux 2:0 and Marseille 2:1."

As it could be understand, their start of the season is great when looking at the level of their rivals they played with. With a 3-1-0 record team currently stands first at the table with a point more than Marseille and St Etienne. In the last match they played, they managed to overcome one of the strongest sides in the country Marseille with a 1:2 victory on the road although they were losing at the halftime. As soon as the second half started, they stepped up much stronger and equalized two minutes into the second half with a goal from Falcao, while Riviere brough them 2:1 victory ten minutes before the full time whistle. Going into their thirt game at home, they will look to impress their fans after a goalless draw against Toulouse, when they dominated a lot, but couldn’t convert chances into goals.

They are still missing offensive players Nabil Dirar and Nacer Barazite, but the roster is rich and has many players capable of covering any kind of absentees.Lorient had a solid start into new season with home victories over Nantes and Valenciennes at home, while they showed much poorer face on the road losing out to Lille and Guingamp. Similar to previous season, it seems the team will perform much better at home and will harvest fast majority of points in front of the home crowd.

In their previous match, against Valenciennes two weeks ago, players of Lorient were lucky to get into the lead early in the match with a goal in fourteenth minute by Aboubakar, while the game itself didn’t have many chances and could have easily ended as a draw in case the home side didn’t score the goal so early in the game. Their target for this season would be remaining safe in the Ligue 1 and getting far away from the relegation worries, while they would probably be satisfied even with a one goal difference when visiting league leaders. Striker Aliadiere is unavailable due injury, while left defender Barthelme and central midfielder Coutadeur are also set to miss out.

Lorient have been losing at both half time and full time in their last four away matches.
Lorient didn’t score in their last four away matches.
Home side led with fantastic duo Riviere and Falcao that scored all team’s goals till now should have no problem overpowering modest Lorient that anyway traditionally has poor record when playing away from their own fans.

Accumulator Betting Tips - Sunday 15th September By Alex Peace

Accumulator Betting Tips - Sunday 15th September: "This Sunday has more football than you can shake a stick at. With action in the Premier League, Football League and from across Europe."

Accumulator Betting Tip:

Southampton to beat West Ham 17/20:

We start in familiar territory and Sky’s live Premier Live match. Southampton have had a mixed start to the season with a win a draw and a defeat. West Ham have an identical record with a win a defeat and a draw also. However, I really fancy Southampton here, they have a really strong attacking lineup and were unlucky not to take three points in their last home game against Sunderland. Watching West Ham away to Newcastle recently showed me that they are lacking going forward. They went for a point and with the likes of Lambert, Osvaldo and Ramirez, Southampton should breach that defence and pick up their first home three points of the season.

Coventry to beat Gillingham 4/5:

Coventry’s temporary home in Northampton hasn’t turned out so badly for them so far in terms of results and their good home form should continue v Gillingham. If it wasn’t for their points deduction, Coventry’s eleven points would mean that they would be up in the play-offs. They have picked up two wins and a draw in their home matches and were very impressive against Colchester last weekend. Gillingham are yet to win a match this season with just three points under their belt and are struggling, they have picked up just one point on the road and Coventry should easily push them aside.

Fiorentina to beat Cagliari 4/9:

Next we travel to Serie A and have big favourites in the form of Fiorentina. The short odds are with good reason so far this year with two wins out of two for Fiorentina including  a 5-2 victory last time out, they are also on a five game winning streak in the league going back to last season. Cagliari have picked up just one point so far this season and have no way near as much quality Fiorentina. Cagliari haven’t won in their last seven on the road in Serie A and should be easily beaten by Fiorentina.

Udinese to beat Bologna 5/6:

Staying in Italy, Udinese have picked up one victory and a defeat in their opening matches and will be hoping to add a second against Bologna. Udinese are in here due to their home form. They are unbeaten in their last fourteen matches in Serie A at home. Udinese have huge amounts of quality and have a stunning striker in Di Natale. Bologna have a draw and a defeat in their opening two matches and were battered 3-0 by Napoli in their first away match. Bologna have won just one of their last six on the road and Udinese should beat them relatively easily.

Monaco v Lorient 4/11:

Off to France and some very short odds for big spending Monaco. However, the league leader are in fantastic form with three wins and a draw and their quality should brush Lorient aside. Lorient haven’t had a bad start to the season with two wins and two defeats but both their victories came at home and against the superstars of Monaco Lorient should fall by the way side.

Lille to beat Nice 3/4:

Finally there is Lille. A mixed start to the season has seen Lille pick up seven points from four matches but they have played well. Nice haven’t had a bad start with five points from their four matches. Lille are very good at home though with both their wins coming their so home advantage makes them a good shout. Nice have picked up just one point on the road so far and were beaten 4-0 by Lyon in their first away match.

Both Teams to Score Betting Tips - Sunday September 15th By Alex Peace

Both Teams to Score Betting Tips - Sunday September 15th: "When you think of Sundays, you think of church, a roast and of course goals galore. This Sunday sees football across Europe and this BTTS tip gives great odds of just over 14/1 "

Both Teams to Score Betting Tip:

Reading v Brighton 8/11:

First up is Sunday’s Championship action. Reading and Brighton are both within touching distance of the Play-Offs and both teams have loads of attacking quality. There have been thirteen goals in Reading’s matches so far this season, showing their ability going forward and that they do concede goals, highlighted by Reading’s 3-3 draw in their last home match. Brighton’s matches have averaged more than two goals and with Ulloa in attack always have a goal threat. With Reading especially scoring and conceding so freely, both teams should get on the scoresheet here.

Real Betis v Valencia 4/6:

Betis have struggled in their first three matches this season picking up a solitary point. Both teams have scored in two of their three matches though and their only home match has seen both sides score. Valencia have scored in all three of their matches so far this season and the three games have seen ten goals already. They lost 3-1 in their only away game to date and lost 3-2 to Barcelona last time out showing their ability to score against the best but they do concede, making this a great selection for both teams scoring.

Hoffenheim v Borussia M’gladbach 4/9:

Heading to the Bundesliga for this next selection with two teams whose games have been full of goals. Hoffenheim’s four Bundesliga matches have seen 27 goals fly in and they have scored fourteen of these. Borussia’s matches have seen 25 fly in another huge tally. Both these sides have been scoring and conceding for fun this year and Hoffenheim’s two home matches have seen ten goals fly in while Borussia’s two away have seen the same amount. With both teams scoring in both Hoffenheim’s home matches and Borussia’s two away matches, this match looks like a banker.

NEC v Feyenoord 8/13:

A trio of Dutch matches finish off this tip. Five games in to NEC’s season they are yet to register a win but have certainly seen some goals. 22 have been registered in their matches so far this season, they have conceded plenty in these but also bagged five themselves. Feyenoord haven’t made a flying start either but have now won their last two. In their matches so far they have conceded nine but also scored ten themselves showing the perfect combination for these bets of a good attack but weak defence.

AZ Alkmaar v Go Ahead Eagles 4/7:

Eighteen goals have flown in, in Alkmaar’s matches so far this season with both teams scoring in all but one of their matches. Go Ahead have seen nineteen matches in their matches so far with both teams scoring in all but one of their games. With both these two teams conceding and scoring so many this game is  another great one for this bet in a goal filled Dutch League.

Heerenveen v Groningen 4/9:

Another team whose matches seem to be loaded with goals are Heerenveen. There have already been 22 in their matches so far this season with both sides scoring in all but one of their matches. Their three home games have seen eighteen goals already making the Abe Lenstra Stadion the place to be for goals. Groningen have seen 20 goals in their matches so far this year with both teams scoring in all but one of their matches, their three away games have seen both teams score in every match and sixteen goals. This one looks like another banker with both teams scoring for fun but leaking huge amounts of goals also.
