Bologna vs Verona betting tips 6 October Italian Serie A By DamirJ

Bologna vs Verona betting tips 6 October Italian Serie A: "Bologna is still searching for their first victory in the new season, as the team is coming from a quite a humiliating 5:0 defeat away against Roma last weekend. Much more superior hosts were already 3:0 up after twenty five minutes, sealing the victory with two goals added in the second part, while the visitors from Bologna never had a real respond into the game."

It was their third defeat in the season, as they previously lost to Napoli away from home and Torino at home, while the team also counts three defeats, record that nobody is satisfied with right now. They are at 18th position, having one point less than teams on safe positions, but also one point more than rock bottom placed Sassuolo, while the biggest problem remains their defense that conceded sixteen goals in six games. Coach Stefano Pioli will try to alter his squad once again, desperately trying to find the squad that will lead him to the first victory in the season. Central defender Cesare Natali (4/1) is suspended, with midfielder Michele Pazienza (4/0) being injured, same as forward Gimenez and defender Cherubin that didn’t participate from the start of the season.

Verona, on the other side, although a newly promoted side in the league, are having very more than decent start in the new season and while visiting Bologna, the team will be hoping to continue with the same form. They are coming from a 2:1 victory at home against Livorno, three pointer that led them to the upper part of the table.

Once again team of Verona showed that they don’t need many chances in order to score, as visitors from Livorno created more chances, but still couldn’t claim even a point against Verona that continued with strong home performances having a 3-0-0 record at home early in the season, previously defeating Milan and Sassuolo at home. Central defender Bianchetti is expected to start the game, replacing Moras (6/0), while the Greek defender will miss out due to injury. He will join forward Ragatzu (without participation this season) and midfielder Martinho (3/1) on the injury list.

Bologna have won their last four home matches against Verona.
There have been over 2.5 goals scored in five of both team’s last six games in Serie A.
Bologna have failed to win their last eight home matches in Serie A.
Bologna will surely try to get the first victory here, but having in mind that they have big troubles scoring goals, it’s hard to see them getting the three pointer as Verona seems to be very dangerous on counter attacks and will surely know how to stay undefeated here.

Bet: Verona +0.5 Asian handicap
