Birmingham vs Millwall betting tips 1 October English Championship By Neuro

Birmingham vs Millwall betting tips 1 October English Championship: "Just when it looked like Birmingham has finally found their right form and will start climbing up at the table, they have suffered 2:0 loss away to Reading on Saturday evening. However, it must be said that the visitors were very competitive during the whole game and could have earned much better result on some other day. Home side netted a goal in each half-time, although the game itself looked like quite equal during whole ninety minutes."

With this defeat, team from Birmingham have broke the mini-run of two consecutive victories (over Swansea in Capital One Cup 3:1 at home and over Sheffield Wednesday 4:1 in league, also in front of their own crowd). They have now only 2-1-6 record early in the season, form that nobody can be satisfied with as the team surely has individual quality to be placed in the first part of the table. This way, they are only three points away from the relegating placed and will surely be looking to get another victory when hosting modest Millwall. Right defender Eardley (5/0) and midfielder Packwood (without participation this season) are still sidelined with injuries, while midfielder Allan (3/0) remains questionable. Giant striker Zigic is pushing for a start after coming from bench on Saturday evening.

Millwall, on the other side, is coming from a 2:0 home victory over Leeds United last weekend, as they continued good form increasing run to three consecutive victories. The game itself was quite equal, while the home side showed to be much more efficient in the second half earning their victory with goals from Woolford and Malone in last twenty five minutes of the game.

With this victory, as said, they increased winning run to three matches, previous earned against Charlton and Blackpool as the team managed to erase their very poor start of the season and six early matches without a victory. Now, with a 3-2-4 record, the team is currently 16th at the table with six points less than relegating placed teams. Although with a good run behind their back and improved atmosphere in the team, they know that a draw would also be a positive result for them in tonight’s game. Central defender Beevers (8/0) will be out for next month, so Shittu is expected to start again. Striker McDonald (8/1) is doubtful for tonight’s game and Morison could be in the starting lineup in case McDonald doesn’t recover in time.

Birmingham are undefeated in their last ten matches against Millwall.
Millwall have won their last three matches in Championship
Seems that Birmingham is at least finding some good form in front of their own fans and will surely be looking to get the three pointer, while their defense remains quite vulnerable and visitors from Millwall will surely be able to make several dangerous chances in front of their goal.

Bet: Both teams to score
