Championship Outright Betting Tips 2013/14 Championship Winner Tips By Andrew Clark

Championship Outright Betting Tips 2013/14 Championship Winner Tips: "The Championship is always the most difficult league to bet on and the 2013/14 season looks no different, but we have found three teams we expect to do well this season."

QPR are the favourites to win the Championship this season after their relegation from the Premier League and have brought in Danny Simpson and Richard Dunne that will sure up the defence, and cover the loss of Christopher Samba back to Russia. Their price of 6/1 is too short to take given their reliability issues.
Reading were one of the other clubs relegated from the Premier League last season and out of the three sides relegated they look the most likely to bounce straight back. The signing of Roysten Drenthe is eye-catching and could be sublime, or ridiculous. Wayne Bridge has also come in to add some real Premier League quality and after winning this division two years ago they know exactly what is required. The likes of Adam Le Fondre should score goals for fun in this league and they should be there or there about at 9/1 to win the Championship.
Another eye catching side for this season are Bolton Wanderers. They are a best price 9/1 to win the Championship and if they can take the momentum from last season into this campaign they will have a fantastic chance. Manager Dougie Freedman has kept hold of most of his top players from last season and in Mohammed Kamara they could have the best midfielder in the division.
Elsewhere Watford will be looking to go one better than last season where they lost in the play-off final to Crystal Palace and the loss of goal machine Matej Vydra is a blow, however any of the 12 new players could fill his boots and Diego Fabbrini could be a player to look out for while Troy Deeney will once again score goals. The high expectations of their fans could be a downfall and with a whole host of new players in there is a risk it won’t be as smooth as last season.
At a bigger price it could be worth taking a punt on Blackburn Rovers on the each-way market. Rovers are 20/1 to win the Championship and although that could be slightly out of reach, a stab at automatic promotion is well within their grasp if they can keep Jordan Rhodes both fit and at the club. He is probably the most potent striker in the league and could form a formidable partnership with new signing DJ Campbell.  Scott Dann provides stability at the back and if the backroom can keep quiet and let the team on the pitch get on with their jobs, Blackburn could sneak into the top three.  In nine of the last 11 seasons a team priced 20/1 or bigger has won promotion from the Championship and Blackburn could be that side this campaign.
Some of the other contenders in the betting are Wigan, who have regrouped after relegation and losing their manager plus a few top players such as Arouna Kone although his replacement Grant Holt has the ability to tear this league apart, immediate promotion may be too much to ask at the first attempt. Brighton are another side who have had a transitional summer after the departure of Gus Poyet and late arrival of the new manager. This could be the undoing of their season and a push for the play-offs is probably the best they can hope for.
Nottingham Forest (11/1) could be there or there about come May if they can continue their rebuilding mission under Billy Davies, following his arrival last season they just missed out on the top six but the high expectations of the residents of the City Ground could deny Forest a shot at the top two. It seems they are still a couple of players short of mounting a serious title challenge but don’t be surprised to see them in the play-off mix up.
