Accumulator Betting Tip:
Crawley to beat Newport 8/11:
8th in League One take on 9th in League Two in this 7PM kick off. Crawley are unbeaten in six matches and have lost just once at home this season, winning three of their five matches. Newport have adapted to life in League Two well and they are currently unbeaten in their last three. However they have won just one of their last six on the road in all competitions. Taking on a side in a division above should prove a challenge too far for Newport and Crawley should prevail.
Port Vale to beat Rochdale 21/20:
Port Vale sit happily in mid table in League One but are on a good run of form. They’ve lost just one of their last five in the league and have also lost just one of their last five in the league. Rochdale have won five of their last six in the league and are hopeful of a play-off spot. However, their strong form has been built at home. They have won just once on the road this season and have already lost three times. Port Vale are in good form and with Rochdale struggling on the road in the division below they should move a step close to Wembley.
Peterborough to beat Brentford Evens:
Peterborough currently sit second in League One and are absolutely flying. They are unbeaten in their last five and have now won four on the spin. Posh have won five of their six matches at home in all competitions this season and are making London Road a fortress. Brentford are in average form of late, losing three of their last five matches. The Bees have won just two of their six away games this season. Brentford aren’t a bad side but Peterborough have so much momentum on their side they should win here.
Swindon to beat Plymouth 4/7:
Swindon have had a less turbulent year than last time and sit in a stable mid-table position. They have won three of their last six in the league, losing just twice. Their season has been built on good home form and they are unbeaten at the County Ground with four wins in five matches. Plymouth have struggled this season and sit 17th. They have lost four of their last six in the league and won just once in that time. Four of their five away games have ended in defeat and they have lost three on the spin away from home. With Swindon a league above and with so much more quality, they should pick up a good win here.
Wolves to beat Notts County 4/6:
Finally to the televised match between Wolves and Notts County. Wolves sit 3rd at present while Notts County are struggling down in 19th. Wolves have lost just once this season and anything less than promotion will be a failure. The fans would love a trip to Wembley and four wins out of five at home mean they should move a step closer here. County have lost seven of their ten matches so far this season and are really struggling. They are yet to win on the road losing four of their five matches. With Wolves flying and County struggling, this should be Wolves’ night.
