Best New Weight-Loss Strategies

Never been a gym junkie either, but have converted my entrance closet into a mini workout center: complete with weights, bolsters, stretching bands etc. I take breaks from the desk job and do 20-30 minutes of strength-building and stretching exercises on the days I don’t dance. I play dance music, though, and my teen finds the whole scene hilarious.

Eating six small meals a day to help control your appetite doesn't work for everybody. "Eating that often increases your exposure to food and ups the chances that you'll be tempted to overeat," says Musante. To control calories, he advises that you have just three meals a day and skip snacks. Musante also notes that the sight of food can stimulate your appetite, so keep it all out of view. "You should even wrap leftovers in aluminum foil, not plastic, so you won't be tempted when you open the fridge," he says.

To stay committed to your weight loss, you need to be focused. It takes a lot of mental and physical energy to change your habits. So as you're planning new weight-loss-related lifestyle changes, make a plan to address other stresses in your life first, such as financial problems or relationship conflicts. While these stresses may never go away completely, managing them better should improve your ability to focus on achieving a healthier lifestyle. Then, once you're ready to launch your weight-loss plan, set a start date and then — start.

Don't blame your chocolate craving on a lack of willpower. "Some people are hypersensitive to food," says Eric Stice, PhD, a senior research scientist at the Oregon Research Institute. "They find things like chocolate cake orgasmic, so they tend to overeat it." The trick to keeping your appetite in check is avoiding foods that make you lose control. "Doing this actually changes your brain by strengthening the area that helps you resist things and weakening the region that makes you think of treats as a reward." In addition, eat healthy foods throughout the day to keep your glucose, which fuels your body, at a high level so that you feel energized and satisfied. You'll also be better able to resist cravings when you snack on nutritious choices like fruits and vegetables, low-fat yogurt, and whole-grain bread topped with a little peanut butter, according to a recent study that showed that eating consistently helps us control our impulses.

It may seem obvious to set realistic weight-loss goals. But do you really know what's realistic? Over the long term, it's best to aim for losing 1 to 2 pounds (0.5 to 1 kilogram) a week. Generally to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week, you need to burn 500 to 1,000 calories more than you consume each day, through a lower calorie diet and regular exercise.

Football Accumulator Tips for Today’s Matches

Football accumulator tips and predictions for today’s matches at odds of 15/2. Our football tipster has picked four matches and predicted the result for an acca.
There are plenty of matches taking place on Tuesday evening, including games from the Champions League and vital fixtures back home in League 1 and 2. We have scoured through all these matches, to compile what looks to be a good value four-fold at odds of 15/2.

Blackburn vs Plymouth – Blackburn Win

We begin at Ewood Park where Tony Mowbray’s Rovers side look to bounce back after a defeat to a rejuvenated Oldham side at the weekend. They were one of the favourites for promotion this year and after a shaky start to League1, they now seem to be stamping their authority on the division. They sit just two points off the playoff places and will be aiming to climb in to that spot with a victory on Tuesday night. The visitors Plymouth have found life hard in this division after being promoted last year. They sit rock bottom of the league after just one win so far and that came back on the 12th August. In their six league games away from Home park, they have drawn two and lost four. That poor run of form looks set to continue against what should be a far stronger Rovers side.

Gillingham vs Wigan – Wigan Win

The second pick on the accumulator tip tonight also comes from League 1, where table toppers Wigan visit lowly Gillingham. The Gills sit in the relegation zone and that is largely due to their poor home record. They have only won once at The Priestfield this term and this test against Wigan couldn’t be any harder. The Latics are top of the division and already look like strong favourites to be promoted. This has come after a run of six wins from their last seven games, including their last four straight. Paul Cook had a good reputation before joining Wigan and it looks as though that is only going to be enhanced, staring with an expected three points on Tuesday night.

Coventry City vs Forest Green – Coventry Win
Coventry have an excellent home record this season. They have played six league games at the Ricoh Arena and have only conceded one goal. They have won five of those to boot, so it looks as though mark Robins is creating a real fortress there. That isn’t good news for newly promoted Forest Green. They have conceded an incredible 31 league goals so far after just 13 games and due to that, sit second from bottom. They need to sort out that issue ASAP, however it doesn’t look like that will start on Tuesday, against a strong Coventry side pushing for promotion.

Crewe vs Notts County – Notts County Win
County have won eight of their last nine games and that hot run of form is why they sit at the top of the table. Crewe have the third worst record in the league when it comes to conceding goals and that has seen them slide down the table in to 19th spot. They have lost seven of their last eight games, including a disappointing defeat against fellow relegation candidates Yeovil last time out. With Jorge Grant in good goalscoring form for the league leaders, it could be another difficult night for the hosts.

Today’s Both Teams to Score Tips and Reasons for our Predictions

Today’s both teams to score tips come from the Champions League and Football League and our football tipster has given us reasons for each BTTS selection.
There are plenty of midweek games to cast our eyes over this week. The third group match of the Champions League takes place, including a mouth-watering tie for Spurs, who visit the reigning champions at the Bernabeu. League 1 and 2 also have a full fixture list, so we have picked out the four games most likely to see both teams finding the back of the net. Read on to see the explanations to each pick of tonight’s both teams to score tip.
Real Madrid vs Tottenham
We begin with the glamour tie of the night, as Spurs travel to European giants Real Madrid. Real just snuck past Getafe on Saturday in a 2-1 win, in a game that has typified their season so far. They have been very hit and miss in their domestic campaign, seeing Levante, Sociedad and Real Betis all scoring against the Galacticos. Even with the absence of Spurs old boy Gareth Bale, they are never going to struggle to score themselves, but keeping clean sheets has proved a real issue this term. That will be music to the ears of Harry Kane. He has been in scintillating form recently, netting 13 goals for club and country in September and that will surely cause problems for the Real Madrid backline. Even though Spurs are pretty solid at the back in the Premiership, they looked suspect against an attacking Dortmund side. That threat will intensify here, as Ronaldo and co look to get their campaign back on track.

Manchester City vs Napoli
Pep Guardiola’s men have been nothing short of breath taking so far this season. They are the first team in 30 odd years to win three consecutive home games by five goals or more. They have threats from all over the park, with Kevin De Bruyne pulling the strings. The Belgian is on a different level at the moment, his performance in the thrashing of Stoke at the weekend being a perfect example. Although they have been better this season in terms of defending, they still leaked two goals to Stoke, who only threatened a couple of times. If there is a team in Europe at the moment who will exploit any weaknesses, its Napoli. Maurizio Sarris men are the only team left in Europe’s top five leagues with a 100% record, after winning eight from eight. Their front three of Dries Mertens, Jose Callejon and Lorenzo Insigne have been awesome this year. They are scoring goals for fun and we expect that trend to continue in what should prove to be an extremely entertaining game of football.

Red Bull Leipzig vs Porto
The third pick in the acca also comes from the Champions League and again features two very attacking, free scoring teams. The home side need a win here after taking just one point from their opening two group games. They had an impressive victory over league leaders Dortmund at the weekend, coming out on the right side of a five goals thriller. They are averaging over two goals a game when playing at home this season, but promisingly for this bet, they have also conceded in each one. Porto have only failed to score in just one of their last 16 games in all competitions, including three in a great victory over Monaco in the last game in the group. Red Bulls attack should cause problems, as the Portuguese side showed they were suspect at the back, when conceding three goals to Besiktas in the opening group game.

MK Dons vs Walsall
The final pick for today’s both teams to score tips comes from League 1, where two sides need three points after stale starts to their campaign. They sit in mid table, but any game Walsall are involved in at the moment seems sure to guarantee goals. You will struggle to find a team with a better ratio of landing the BTTS tips than the visitors. 14 of their last 15 games in all competitions would have seen the bet land, the only one that didn’t, was when they failed to score against league leaders Wigan. Those stats alone are enough for this match to get the nod, but MK Dons also need to chip in. Five of their seven home games this season have seen the Dons find the net and that should hopefully help to contribute to winning this four fold.
leaked two goals to Stoke, who only threatened a couple of times.

Football Accumulator Tips for Tuesday

Our football accumulator tip for Tuesday 27th October’s is taken from the League Cup, FA Cup, Serie A and League One.

Everton v Norwich – Everton win.

An all Premier League match sees Everton play Norwich at Goodison Park and the odds for an Everton win are big enough to add them to this accumulator tip. Norwich lost 1-0 at home to West Brom at the weekend and conceded six at Newcastle before that. Martinez will play a strong Everton team and home advantage will see them through to the next round.

Hull City v Leicester City – Leicester win.

Both teams are doing well in their respective leagues. Hull are second in the Championship and Leicester are fifth in the Premier League. Leicester’s free scoring saw them net four at Bury and have scored two or more goals in five of their six away games this season. Hull have beaten Rochdale and Swansea 1-0 at home so far, but Leicester can add a valuable selection to our League Cup accumulator tip this week.

Guiseley v Halifax – Guiseley win. Both these teams are struggling in the National Conference but Guiseley can scrape through with home advantage. Halifax have recently conceded seven against Grimsby. They have lost eight of their nine away games this season. Guiseley have only lost twice at home in their last six and can win this FA Cup match.

Bologna v Inter Milan – Inter Milan win. Bologna are struggling in Serie A so we’re backing Inter Milan in our accumulator tip this week. Bologna have lost three of their four home league matches so far, scoring only twice. Inter Milan don’t score many themselves but won’t need to in this one. They’ve won two and drawn two in their four away games so far, bet on Inter Milan to win here.

Millwall v Doncaster – Millwall win. Millwall come into this match in good form including a fantastic win at Sheffield United this weekend. They have won four of their last five at home and kept a clean sheet in three of those. Doncaster lost 4-0 on the road at the weekend, their six away loss in eight this season, winning just once. They’ve also failed to score in six on the road.

Accumulator Tip Odds – 27/1 with Nairabet.

Norwich vs WBA Betting Tips and Predictions

Norwich was completely outplayed last Sunday evening when the team visited Newcaslte and didn’t stay very competitive during the match conceding no less than six goals in their 6:2 defeat. After such a disappointing result, there is no doubt that the team will want to respond with much better performance here and if possible, victory. They actually did well in attack and had many chances created, however their defensive lineup was simply much below Premiership level. The team now has a run of four consecutive matches without a victory, as they currently stand at sixteenth position with three points more than relegating placed sides – logically, the team is under slight pressure and needs to look for a three pointer in this one. Home side will miss defensive midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu who remains sidelined for the Canaries, while forwards Gary Hooper and Lewis Grabben are doubts for them. Martin Olsson should keep his position as a left back, while hosts should continue playing in 4-4-1-1 formation with Mbokani at the top. Place your bet at Nairabet West Brom didn’t have luck in previous weeks suffering three consecutive defeats, but the team improved overall picture of themselves with a 1:0 narrow victory at home over Sunderland with a goal scored in 57th minute via Berahino, while neither of the teams looked very threatening as the game approached it’s end. It has to be said that the game generally was equal and there were little things which separated two sides, as the draw might have been much more fairer result. Anyway, after this three pointer, WBA currently stands at 13th position with eleven points earned, which is five points more than relegating placed sides – good situation that might allow them to play a bit more relaxed this time. Goalkeeper Ben Foster remains long term absentee for the visitors so Boaz Myfill will again be between the posts. Midfielder James Morrison (7/2) is close to return to his full fitness, but remains unavailable for this one. There have been over 2.5 goals scored in 5 of Norwich’s last 6 games in the Premier League. Norwich needs to respond here and we should see very attacking performances from them, while the players of WBA have nothing to lose and are coming after a morale boosting victory. We should see goals from both sides and I strongly believe that over 2.5 goals gather plenty of chances, way more than 50% giving us a value bet here. Bet: Over 2.5 goals @ 2.16 with Nairabet

Thursday accumulator tips - Our15/2 European fourfold

Matches in four different domestic Cup competitions around Europe combine for our Thursday accumulator that pays over 15/2.

Galatasaray to win at home to Konyaspor (11/20)

Xanthi to win away to OFI Crete (10/11)

Slask Wroclaw/Draw double chance at home to Legia Warsaw (8/13)

Anderlecht to win at home to Gent (4/5)

Galatasaray to win at home to Konyaspor (17:00 GMT)
This is a Turkish Cup last-16 tie and Galatasaray, who are vying for their country’s Super Lig title with Besiktas and Fenerbahce, look strong enough on their own pitch to go through. Konyaspor have the joint worst goalscoring record away from home in the league and will sure struggle if they concede.

Xanthi to win away to OFI Crete (17:30 GMT)

The Greek Cup is at the quarter - final stage and this is the first leg of a home-and-away tie, with Xanthi set to give their chances a big boost on their trip to Heraklion. Xanthi have an outside chance of playing Europa League football next term whereas OFI Crete are battling to avoid relegation, and the difference in form over the season is expected to be borne out.

Slask Wroclaw/Draw double chance at home to Legia Warsaw (19:00 GMT)

A semi-final place in the Polish Cup is up for grabs from this two-legged tie between the top two teams in the Ekstraklasa table and this could be a tight contest. Legia Warsaw are only three points ahead of Slask Wroclaw in the league and so the home team will be hopeful of being level at least for their trip to the capital.

Anderlecht to win at home to Gent (19:45 GMT)
Unless there is a stunning turnaround in either tie, the Belgian Cup final this season will be between Anderlecht and Bruges. Anderlecht won the first leg of this semi-final 2-0 away to Gent and are expected to increase their a greatest margin of victory.

Football accumulator tips – Thursday

After the highs of the Premier League over the last couple of days, it’s back down to earth on Thursday as we should Europe for the best bets. There are very few fixtures, but that doesn’t mean we can’t find some good value, and there are a couple of domestic cup matches that catch the eye.

In France, newly promoted Metz take on Ligue Two opposition in Brest, with a place in the quarter-finals at stake, and based on recent history it promises to be a tight game. Mean while in Belgium, Anderlecht and Gent play the second leg of their cup semi-final, wit the home side protecting a two-goal lead from the first leg. We’re recommending a double on the two games which returns better than 5/1.

Metz v Brest – Draw
Anderlecht v Gent – Home win

Metz v Brest – Correct score 1-1

Metz were promoted to Ligue One last season after winning Ligue Two by 11 clear points (Brest were back in 7th), but it’s been a tough time for them back in the top tier, and they currently sit bottom of the table. They’ve only won five League games all season, and the only two they’ve won in the last fifteen have been in the cup – 2-1 away at Espinal and 3-0
after extra-time away at Avranches. On that basis you’d think the cup would be welcome relief from their League campaign, but Brest will not be easy opposition. They’re pushing for promotion from Ligue Two themselves, and are second in the table after a good season so far. They’ve only lost 4 times in 23 league games, and are a team in good form. Away from home, they’ve only last 4 in the last fifteen and come here with every chance of getting a result.

The head-to-head between these two confirms that this ought to be a tight game. There have only been two goals scored in the last four meetings on Metz’s ground, with a couple of 0-0 draws and a couple of 1-0 Metz victories. The safest bet on this game would be a punt on under 2.5 goals at around 8/15 and we wouldn’t put anyone off substituting the
draw for that selection, but we’re going for the bigger odds on the stalemate.

Anderlecht v Gent – Correct score 3-1

Anderlecht won the first leg 2-0 and are in a very strong position to progress to the final of the competition, where they're probably play Club Brugges. They’re a close second behind those rivals in the Jupiler League and would be entitled to have one eye on a potential league and cup double. However, they’ll have to get past Gent first, who are not without a chance of turning the tie on it’s head. They’re fourth in the table, just 3 points behind Anderlecht, and are in good recent form. The stat that goes against them though, is the one that tells us they’ve lost their last nine consecutive matches on this ground, and haven’t better Anderlecht here for 15 years. They lost 4-1 on their most recent visit, and over 2.5 goals looks a good bet at evens. It’s a cup game, so Gent have nothing to lose by attacking Anderlecht to try and work their way back into the tie, but that will probably play into the home side’s hands and they’ll be able to expose the visitors at the other end.

Liverpool v Tottenham Betting Tips and Predictions

U There aren't too many things to get excited about on a Tuesday, but a full schedule of mid week Premier League football is certainly one of them. Without a doubt the game of the evening sees Liverpool host Spurs at Anfield, here are some free football betting tips.

Liverpool v Tottenham Predictions

After all the hype over Steven Gerrard's final Merseyside derby, Saturday evening served up a truly dire spectacle for anyone unfortunate enough to see it. For Liverpool – easily the most adventurous team on the night – it was very much a case of two points dropped in one of the most open races for a Champions League place in years.

Nevertheless, the draw did extend The Reds' unbeaten run in the league to eight games and yielded yet another clean sheet. After all the fuss and furore over their leaky defence in the early stages of the season, Liverpool have now recorded four straight clean sheets in the Premier League.

Similarly to their hosts, Spurs are also in fine fettle with three straight wins in the league and now look like serious contenders for a top four finish. The outstanding form of striker Harry Kane continues to turn heads, with his brace over Arsenal in the North London derby likely to fuel more confidence and belief thought the Spurs team.

Early prices for Tuesday's clash have Liverpool as 10/11 favourites. Spurs can be backed at odds as long as 7/2, with the draw available at 29/10. Considering the proximity between the two sides in the table and the form of Mauricio Pochettino's men, these odds are surprisingly one-sided.

However, based on their recent record, it is understandable to see why Liverpool are such firm favourites on Tuesday evening. Brendon Rodgers' men have won the last three games between the two sides at an aggregate of 11-0 – with the most recent being the 3-0 drubbing at White Hart Lane earlier in the season.

Furthermore, Spurs have only won once in twenty attempts at Anfield in recent years and only managed one shot on target last time they met in the league. Whichever way you look at it, Tottenham have wretched record against Liverpool.

Moving into the goalscoring markets, and despite Liverpool's excellent defensive record in recent weeks, I expect there to be a few goals on Tuesday evening. The Reds have the 3rd highest league ratio for both teams scoring in their home matches, Spurs have the 3rd highest ratio for both teams scoring in their away matches.

Finally we are looking to the two teams’ star strikers for our final betting tip, if Sturridge starts this is a bet to be on. The odds for Harry Kane and Daniel Sturridge to score anytime as a double are 7/1.

Elche vs Rayo Vallecano betting tips by Isaiah

In the last game before tonight’s one, Elche didn’t manage to get away with a positive result on the road losing to Granada with a 1:0 result, conceding the only goal in 56th minute. However, it has to be said that they were canceled a regular goal in the first halftime, staying with ten players due elimination of Damian Suarez in 79th minute.
Since then, they couldn’t do anything positive in attack and were defeated. With this result, team completed two consecutive defeats and remains last on the table, however with only two points away from the safe zone. One of their rare victories so far was away from home against Rayo 3:2, with the team trying now to repeat that performance, as this game comes as a very important one for them. Team will welcome back Domingo Cisma, Faycal Fajr and Jonathas who are all available for league matches, returning from their suspensions. Coach Fran Escriba shouldn’t change much in his lineup in comparison to previous weeks, as he only misses defensive midfielder Pedro Mosquera (15/1), while forward Alvaro Gimenez (11/0) is doubtful but with every chance to recover on time. REVEALED: The Sports Betting Formula That Hasn't Had A Losing Month In The Past 6 Months,Completely Designed For "Losers" Rayo Vallecano, on the other side, comes from a 1:2 defeat at home against Deportivo La Coruna, as the team got early back in the score conceding a goal already in tenth minute. However, they equalized quickly in 22nd via Bueno, but it generally simply wasn’t their day, as the hosts chased the lead, but failed and conceded the second goal from a penalty kick twenty minutes before the full time whistle. With this result, team now has two consecutive defeats and three in last four matches, slipping down to 15th position and being five points away from the relegation zone. Situation is still not worrying for them, but no doubt that the team needs a positive result in order to improve atmosphere inside the locker room and remove any doubts regarding the relegation battle. Away from home, they are playing as relaxed as possible and are having much more success than in front of their own fans, having five victories in comparison to only two at home. Central defender Abdoulaye Ba (16/1) is suspended for this game and his position should get Jorge Morcillo. Substitute goalkeeper David Cobeno (1/0) is coach’s Jimenez only injury worry. Elche are undefeated in 10 of their last 11 matches against Rayo Vallecano. Elche have conceded at least 2 goals in 5 of their last 6 home matches in La Liga. More open game than the bookies represent is expected here. Elche surely wants a victory and will be playing trying to attack as much as possible, while visitors from Vallecano ain’t gonna change their style and will also try to be as dangerous as possible. Having that in mind, both teams should have enough goalscoring chances to score at least once each. Bet: Both teams to score

For instance, you may find out that a team’s quarterback has a wife that is going to have a baby soon, that may lead him to not focus on the game nearly as much. Or someone may be out partying the night before a big game, which means they could have a lackluster performance during the big game overall. Little pieces of information like this should factor into what you’re doing in terms of putting money down on football. Roma v Man City Betting Tips and Prediction

Roma vs Manchester City predictions and football betting tips for tonight’s Champions League match where Man City need to win to have any chance of qualifying.

The busy festive period doesn’t let up this time of year as both Manchester City and Roma come together in Wednesday night’s Champions League clash. With Bayern Munich already qualifying as the clear group winners with 12 points, Man City, Roma and CSKA Moscow all have a chance of making it through to the knock-out stages, with the winner of this fixture in particular looking likely to go through.

Roma v Man City Prediction: Manuel Pellegrini’s star-studded side have once again been a disappointment in Europe this season. Five points from five games is simply not good enough for a side as good as City, but they can nevertheless make it through if they turn up on Wednesday night. If Premier League form is anything to go by, Manchester City have been strong domestically, winning on their last four outings. A mid-week victory against group leaders Bayern was also a promising result that could put Pellegrini’s side in good stead as they travel to Rome this week.

Rudi Garcia’s Roma have also been experiencing some strong league form, as they have now pretty much asserted themselves as the second best team in Italy, behind Juventus and ahead of the failing Milan sides. With Kevin Strootman returning to the side after a long spell on the side-lines, Garcia now has a chance to line the Dutchman up alongside the likes of Miralem Pjanic, Juan Iturbe and Mattia Destro in a strong looking attack. Roma will however likely be without Brazilian international Maicon, so the Greek pairing of Kostas Manolas and Jose Holebas will continue their roles at full back. Newcastle’s on loan centre back, Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa, may also be a doubt despite starting last time out against Sassuolo.

For Manchester City, the worst news of all hit them last time out against Everton, with star-man Sergio Aguero being ruled out with a worrying knee ligament injury. His goals against Bayern were priceless and simply couldn’t be replicated by anyone else. The influential David Silva will also be out for Pellegrini, so a forward trio of Samir Nasri, Edin Dzeko and Stefan Jovetic may be on the cards for the Citizens. As Manchester City struggled against Roma when they came to the Etihad, largely through the efforts of a 38 year old Francesco Totti, expect home advantage for the Romans to prove too much for Manuel Pellegrini’s floundering Champions League side.

Roma vs Manchester City Betting Tips:

Francesco Totti to score first Totti to score and Roma to win.

Barcelona vs PSG betting tips by Isaiah

Despite conceding early goal in 13th minute and losing till the very end of the first halftime, Barcelona managed to get a 5:1 victory in local derby over Espanyol at home, mostly thanks to a great night from Messi who scored three out of five goals for the hosts. The team is now on a run of seven consecutive victories in all competitions, working especially well in attack – they have scored nine goals in last two matches. Tonight, they need a victory over the French side in order to get the first position, while any other result would leave them at the second position – progressing ticket for next stage is already secured almost a month ago. Home side will miss right back Dani Alves (16/0) and offensive midfielder Rafinha (10/0) who are both suspended for this game. Defender Thomas Vermaelen is injured and a long term absentee, who probably won’t be playing for Barcelona this season.

PSG had many problems last weekend in a home game against Nantes, but still managed to get a precious 2:1 three pointer. Visitors took the lead in eight minute, while the hosts replied with two quick goals from Ibrahimovic in 34th and 48th minute. With this victory they continued their title race with Marseille, still being a point below their biggest rival this season. As said, the team currently stands at first position and can’t afford to lose tonight in case they want to remain at the first position. Edison Cavani started from the bench last weekend, but will probably be employed here from the first minute. Marco Verratti is also expected to start here, while the visitors only have substitute forward Jean-Christophe Bahebeck (12/2) as absentee here.

Barcelona will surely enter the game strongly in order to win. Quality difference should be seen on the field, as the players of Barca look much more creative and concrete in the offense than the French side which generally struggled in attack in recent weeks, with or without Ibrahimovic.
